By using GAMES you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These games are provided as-is for friendly play with other people.

Age

• You must be 13 or older to create an account or sign in. If you are under 13, you may only use a parent’s or guardian’s account, and only with their permission.
• Anyone under 18 needs a parent’s or guardian’s permission to play.

Play fair — do not disrupt the service

You agree not to do anything that can break or interfere with GAMES for other people, including:

• Attacking, flooding, or otherwise overloading the servers or network.
• Exploiting bugs, injecting scripts, or using cheats or bots that change how a game runs.
• Trying to break into accounts, rooms, or admin tools you were not invited to use.
• Scraping or copying the service in a way that harms other players or the host.

Be decent to other players

No harassing or abusive behavior. That includes:

• Threats, slurs, hate, or targeted harassment in chat, names, or voice.
• Sexual content involving minors, or any attempt to contact a child privately.
• Impersonating someone else in order to trick or hurt them.
• Repeated griefing meant only to ruin someone else’s game.

We may mute, kick, or block access if you break these rules. Hosts and other players may also vote to remove someone from a room.

Accounts and names

You are responsible for what happens on an account you sign into. Pick a display name other people can live with. We may reset a name or close an account that violates these terms.

The games themselves

Rooms, scores, and features can change. We do not promise the site will always be up or that a particular score will be kept forever. Play is at your own risk.
